What is Perspective?
Perspective is a platform for young thought leaders or practitioners to showcase their ideas, expertise, experiences or learnings in creative ways. By submitting pre-recorded presentations or videos, participants can contribute their viewpoints on a wide range of topics or development issues relevant to global challenges.
Each submission undergoes a rigorous peer review and international vetting process to ensure quality and relevance. Once selected, the talks are featured as part of YCR’s curated knowledge collection, promoting contributors as thought leaders while making their work accessible to a global audience.

How It Works
1- Share a pre-recorded presentation/video of not more than 15 minutes on your area of expertise or passion. Include a brief abstract and your bio.
2- The talk should be recorded in a professional manner with no background noise. The content on the screen should be legible. Slides should have minimal content displayed.
3- Your submission will undergo peer reviews to ensure quality and relevance.
4- Selected talks are added to YCR’s repository and promoted through our global channels.
